Vision:
This is my first critique so please bear with me. The choice of colors are very soft and warm and definitely gives off a warm summer feeling. I really like the textures used for the tree (I think it's a willow tree?) and the texture for the grass. The view of the fox is amazing. The sky is soft, and the clouds are gentle and you hid the sun, but I'm assuming that's because of a sunset. The shading is consistant and not too dark. Although, I would work on the roots of the tree.
Originality:
I have seen some pictures potraying a nice sunset with an animal/character in it, but this one takes away the visual of seeing the face of the character which would give it uniqueness.
Technique:
You used a bunch of brushes, but you used them well and like I said earlier, the choice of colors are well choosen. The fur on the fox looks soft and plushy, and the tree looks flowy.
Impact:
Really nice and soft. It seems as if the fox is searching for something or was alerted by a sound. Everything seems still except for the birds flying through the air.
